What is a "walk in?"

This is a subject you do not hear much about but is something that is worthy of consideration and discussion. Basically a "walk in" is a soul that comes into the body of a living person, at some point in their lives and takes over. This is not a possession, as walk ins usually are sent in, by higher powers, to replace someone who willingly walked out. Walk ins are usually placed in the position where they can influence the most people as they are advances souls sent here to either clean up a mess and enlighten the masses at large. How does a walk in usually wind up here? Well let's look at a possible scenario:

Let's say there is a person who is very depressed, perhaps so much so that they wish to die. Maybe this person has been through a lot and just can not cope any more. The powers that be will weigh the situation and decide what is best for all concerned. Let's say this person has kids, and also has a job which brings them into contact with many people that depend on them. If they were to commit suicide it would really devastate many lives and take away a needed source of counsel or strength, that many people depended upon. This would be the perfect scenario in which to allow the person to walk out and come home to heal, and a walk in soul to come in. They then will pick up the pieces of the person's broken life and make changes, that benefit everyone in that person's circle. At the same time the walk in can influence many and spread enlightenment or whatever their mission is. Most walk ins are here for life once they walk in.

Walk ins are advances souls that come into this world with many gifts beyond the average person to aide them in their work here. They are often psychic and sometimes they can influence situations and people with their thoughts. Walk ins usually are disoriented at first when they walk into a body but they eventually figure out what took place and start getting things together fairly quickly. They have access to all the previous soul's memories, as they are all recorded in the brain. They may not share the same interests or feelings as the last occupant and of course have a different personality and a different way of dealing with things. This may cause the person's friends and family to notice a change in the person but usually for the better. A walk in will clean up the former person's sphere on very level, discarding things, and people no longer needed and adding what is needed. Walk ins sometimes have to search the brain for certain memories or recognizing certain people, that the past inhabitant has not seen or thought about for awhile. The following things may be signs of a walk in:

1. If someone suddenly goes frm being depressed and idle to active and happy. Walk ins are very spiritual also ,so that might be a sudden change also. Usually the walk in will make these changes gradually as to not arouse suspicion right away.

2. People that the past body inhabitant may have tolerated or associated with, that were negative are suddenly evicted from the person's life. This ia part of the walk in's clean up program. A walk in always rejects people and things which were regressive or impeding as to the progress of the former soul, as the walk in sees it all for what it is and has no reservations about clearing out the garbage, to make way for the positive changes and people who they will bring into their sphere.

3. Interest may change, as the former soul may have liked something, but the walk in has bigger fish to fry and discards that passtime outright, to make more time for progressive activities. Music taste may change, food preference may change, relationships may change, physical appearance may change, as the walk in usually is not concerned with fad, style or anything synthetic or done to enhance appearance to impress society. They usually take on the natural look, and discard any and all vanity based practices.

4. The person's self esteem will suddenly improve and they will not exhibit the insecurities they had before, as the walk in does not have any of those things, and therefore they cease to be present in the person after the exchange.

5. Walk ins draw people to them and will always have many followers of sorts as people sub-conciously recognize that this person has something special to offer. They serve as counselors to many people, and also repel certain people who see the power in their light and since they hold an opposite alignment feel very threatened by the walk in. walk ins do tend to thwart the plans of the wicked.

6. Walk ins are not overly emotional types. They tend to stay grounded and calm in every situation and are not prone to large displays of emotion most of the time.

7. Walk ins know other walk ins pretty much right off the bat. They may have another walk in for a friend, but limit their interaction with them as it would draw them away from the things they need to focus on. They never seem to bond to just one person in a way that would take all of their time. They try to reach out to as many people as they can. A walk in seldom loses their head over a romantic love.

8. Walk ins do not seem to care about the things that normal mortals concern ourselves with. They don't care too much about the vanities of the world, politics, fashion,sports, games, etc. They are past that and know they need to focus their time and attention on the task they were given while here on this earth.

9. The walk in seems to have a working knowledge of so many things, that they seem like a walking encylopedia at times to their friends and families.

10. A walk in will never admit to being a walk in and will not tell you even if you ask. Low profile is one of their greatest responsibilities, when they come into this worold. Walk ins are rare souls and the powers that be scatter them all over the world to exert a positive influence for the future of mankind.

"How can that person get so many evps and photos and I get nothing but a lone orb now and again? They must be totally fabricating their evidenence, as no one gets that lucky.".....

I have heard this before in the paranormal field and still do all the time. I have even been the object of this kind of criticism many times. It does not bother me. I have always been very observant of people and events, and also a deep thinker that notices similarities and patterns, that tend to point to different conclusions than some folks. This blog relates someof the things I have noticed and concluded over the years. It will mean squat to some but may really shed some light on ths question that we all have, for others. "Why do some people seem to get all the paranormal response when other do not?"

There are so many people trying to get into the paranormal field ,for a myriad of different reasons but the most popular reason is that it is the current fad. People are always wanting to take on other people's interests and callings and make them their own because they have not found theirs yet. Especially a practice that could even get you some air time on TV, as most folks really want that 5 minutes of fame. I think that like everything else, there are some people who were meant to do this kind of work and others who are not. If someone is doing it just because they want to, or think it is cool, then they do not have a true calling to do it. In that case, paranormal responses, to them will be few or completely denied, so that they do not waste their lives pursuing something that was not their calling and finally move on to something that is. But there are other reasons that people go into this. Some of them really want to have a paranormal experience, some want to prove to others that spirits exist because they have experienced it and still others want to prove to the world that it does not exist because they are the hard core skeptics. Well like anything in life, I think that what a person experiences or does not experience is a direct result of the person's individual ability to handle it, and also what they will do with it. They say "God does not give us anything ,we can't handle." I believe that is true to a great degree. Let's just take a look at some of the reasons why some folks may have paranormal experiences and others don't. Let's examine it from a different perspective and consider some possibilities.

1. Let's take the skeptics out there. Skeptics seem to have less experiences with the paranormal than believers...why? Well first of all many people who deep down have a real fear of something, supress the idea that it exists, thereby avoiding the possible reality of the thing which actually scares them the most. Sometimes the folks who claim to have no fear and downplay the existence of things out of our realm of control do so because they are actually scared deep down. Also people like this can actually shut down their psychic senses to block even further, any possible experiences by putting up that wall of resistance. This works well, as human beings have an amazing capacity for blocking out things this way. Now if a higher power deems that someone like this can not handle seeing or experiencing the very thing that they fear, and yet seek..., he may also intervene and make sure that this person does not get a response from the spirit world, for their own good. Maybe if they did have an experience, it would really mess with them and have a very adverse effect. Maybe it would take away their security in thinking that they have ocntrol over things, or shake their faith to the core, or cause them to have nightmares for the rest of their lives. Now, skeptics are not usualy able to admit fears of any kind, and they tend to put out this fearless, no nonsense personna to convince us and themsleves that they have no fears. They carry that aire of superiority, which is their armor against anyone who tries to open their minds to something that they do not wish to acknowledge or accept. Is it any wonder that these kinds of folks never seem to have paranormal experiences ,even though they claim to be seeking them?

2. Then there is the skeptic who is not afraid, but in reality, truly believes only in science and rejects the idea of anything supernatural or divine in the world. This is the smug type who refuses to even acknowledge anything out of their realm of logic and intellect and see themselves as superior to everyone and have no concern or belief in any highe rpower whatsoever. Let's use a simple analogy from the mundane world to get this point across: Now if you had a neighbor, right next door,whom you ignored, pretended did not exist, treated as if they were nothing, do you think that your neighbor would want to have anything to do with you? Would they seek to interact with you? Probably not as they would want no part of your self absorbed ass would they? So why would the spirit world want to communicate with someone like this either? Enough said.

Now let's look at the believers. These folks come in classifications too.

1. There is the believer who thinks that because they experienced something, they are meant to work with the spirit world. They may see themselves as a medium because they assume that only a medium could have had such experiences. So now they become obsessive in their own way, much like the skeptic but to the other extreme. They want so badly to keep having experiences that they find them even when they are not there. If they get an EVP they are so excited and have to tell the world about this response from the spirit world, even if it says just "Leave me alone." Most of the time these folks have had some minimal paranormal experience which started them on this whole quest, but in reality they are also afraid of the very thing they think they want to see, or may have the idea that every experience will be benign and safe. I feel that these people also will find their experiences limited because they also are now obsessive and due to that ,will not really bring any true help to the community on either side of the veil. If this person is a nice person with pure intention but a misguided idea of their own destiny, then again the powers that be will not allow them to gain access to the spirit world in the way that they want, for their own protection, and the protection of others from their obsessive influence.

2. The rational believer, with a calling. This is someone who believes but maintains rationality and has had experiences all their lives. They may have come through some trials with bad spirits that that survived and learned from. These folks hold too much respect for the spirit world than to exploit it in the ways others in the field do. They accept the existence of the spirit world, but may not feel the need to convince everyone else. They do not seek notoriety and do not want to be on TV, or make the papers. They feel blessed for having been given the chance to communicate with spirit and have found a calling that they were well prepared for by previous life events. These are the folks who are out to help people, on both sides of the veil. These folks seem to get the most amazing amount of communication and have the most unbelievable experiences in the paranormal field. These are the folks that many others either envy, or refuse to accept as genuine, This is because of the jealousy factor, and because they can not believe that anyone else can get this kind of response if they themselves can not get it. But that is okay because the rational believer with a calling could care less what anyone else thinks anyway. They have a higher agenda, and focus on that, in spite of the critical attacks from others.

Now let's look at the religious seekers out there. They also come in different kinds.

1.There are the zealots that feel that everything, not from this world is a "demon" or evil spirit out to bring harm to them and everyone else. This is "FEAR" at it's greatest degree. If they did experience anything it would be automatically deemed evil and be quickly vanquished by their religious mind's fail safe. They will attempt to pray it away, and most of the time they will succeed because it was never anything bad in the first place. Maybe it was not even there at all, but their fear created it? For instance, many hold the theory that a bad spirit creates bad smells in the environment. So let's say the house has a bad smell, then it is a demon for sure, so they have to irradicate it. It may have been the gas from the cellar, sewer drain or a burping spetic tank, but to them it is the "demon." Now if the powers that be actually allowed spirit communication with these folks from the next world , what would happen? They would either reject it outright as evil, demonic, attacks, or they might have their faith rocked to the core and lose all of their assumed security in life. So maybe these folks are better off without any real interaction or imparting of information from the spirit world ha?

There is another type of religious believer investigator out there too.

2.These are the smug, fakely pious control mongers who want to control people through fear, in order to bring them over to their side of the fence and their religious beliefs. Now these folks will have experiences all right and in the end they will have a big wake up call, when they find a spirit that will be quick to show them just how inept they are, at controlling things out of their range of dominance. In this case, all the prayers in the world will fail and the spirit will win the day. The powers that be seem to give spirits a carte blanche to mess with people like these. I have seen it more times than I can count. It seems to be God's way of saying..."You arms are too short to box with me and you do not have the power you think you have."

There is another kind of paranorma investigator out there too, and there are many of this kind. They also come in two types.

1. Now we have the neutral truth seekers. These folks sit the fence and try to go out and find the truth because they are not sure what it is. They do not know for sure what exists and what doe not exist. They are out to observe and document paranormal happenings for the sake of proving to themselves and everyone else what exists or does not exist. As if it were just that easy. These folks try to keep the peace between the skeptics and the believers and try to stay in the neutral zone, weighing all possibilities. These folks seem to get just enough interaction to keep them coming back, from the spirits. Maybe it is because they are reaching out for some kind of validation, without being preassuming, or smug, but in innocent curiousity. Maybe they are seeking to find a reason to believe in a higher power or a world that they can not determine is real. I think what happens with these folks depends largely on how they react to the interations that they are gifted with by the spirit world.

2. The notoriety seekers that claim to be neutral truth seekers. These folks are evrywhere you look. There is a new team of them popping up every day. They are the paranormal sheep. The ones who watch the TV shows religiously and aspie to be like their heroes on TV reality ghost shows. They are the ones who always post their videos of moving orbs and advertize paid ghost hutning events at their websites. teh ones who attend all the paranormal conventions to hob nob with the para-celebrities. The ones who are always testing every new piece of equipment and going out of their way to get on the local news. These folks are the ones who mud sling at other groups who might pose competition in their area where they investigate. They have a TAPS badge or a GAC badge at their websites, to associate themselves with their Tv heroes, and gain credibility through that association. These are the trekkies of the paranormal world. They publicize everything they do and are out to convince the world that they are the next TAPS. These types of investigators are the bane of the paranormal field and the ones that will ensure that the study of paranormal science never gets any respect. they also get no real interaction from spirits as their agenda is so shallow. They will post every video they get and every evp they can decipher, to make the world aware that they are thebomb, even if they have to fake the stuff to do it. They are the first to criticize all the others and are in it for notoriety or money making opportunities, with commercial events.

There are many seemingly exciting or well respected passtimes and professions out there, that many people would love to undertake but know they are not cut out for. For instance, I could never be a sky diver as I have a fear of heights. Many people would love to be a rock star but can not play an instrument, can't sing or are just not musically inclined. Many people have atirst for knowledge of the world but do not have the academic prowess, or maybe the intellectual ambition, to become a scientist. Not everyone can be a major league basball or football player, but they love to watch the game. We all have interests and aspirations that we know are not our destiny so we experience these things vicariously through others or learn from others who do these things. It seems to me that in the paranormal field, everyone assumes they have the potential and the necessary requirements to be a rock star of the paranormal. Because this field is largely unknown, it attracts everyone, and everyone seems to view it as a possible outlet for accomplishment, or a hobby that will bring them some sort of attention. Not everyone would step into a cage with lions and try to be a lion tamer, yet people are o eager to step into this field as if it is something so simple and so designed for the average person. TV and movies have added to this misconception to a great degree.

Now all of the above will disagree and some will debate forever the points that serve to foster their own way of looking at the paranormal. All except one, because that rational one "with a calling", has no concern for debate, or for proving anything to the world. They know the things that are and are not, and are simply following their destiny, to learning as much as they can about it. Their seeming apathy to the concerns of the other types, will serve to make the other types reject them and seek to discredit them. But that is okay because the value, of the increased amount of communication and acceptance, they are getting from the spirit world, is worth so much more than anything a self important, living, man has to offer them. They are beyond many of the concerns of the ghost hunters of the world. Many of them are gifted in psychic ways but do not make that, their claim to fame either. They help when asked, offer information and theories when requested and try to provide a sane source of reference for the everyday people that are experiencing paranormal activity. These types of investigators are always grounded, and never view anything with a closed mind, whether it be religious restriction or scientific limitation. It seems that down through history, every time we think we know the limtis of our world, we discover something to challenge what we thought we knew before. This applies to the paranormal just as much as it does to the natural world. Then again..."What is the natural world?" The answer to that question lies in each one of our own perceptions and opinions of that world. Perceptions based on what we have experienced or been allowed to experience in a world that we assume to have conquered and assume that we are able to control. Mankind is know for his illusions of superiority and dominance over everything. Mankind is very egotistical, and self deluded in both of these notions. Not every furry creature in the forest is a blood thirsty bear, as the fearful may assume. Not every furry creature in the woods is Bigfoot as the paranormal enthusiast would hope. No specific religion bestows the power of control over the spirit world or even our own world here on earth. NO scientist has all the answers about everything in heaven and earth. We all ive largely in our own cnstructed reality. Constructed by our beliefs, individual experiences, influences of family and authority figures, and of course mother culture. No one has all of the truth about anything beyond the world we can see and hear and touch.

I will start with Laurie

I can not believe how much you picked up about me that was true, yes i do laugh so hard sometimes i cannot

stop i even will snort sometimes, which makes people laugh even harder. That

cleaning is my side job , i cannot believe how much

you picked up on, as I have cleaning jobs for my parents and a

few other people, for some people i just help them tie up loose ends as they

say, i can be very motivated for other people, just not myself very well

. yes i am very emotional and sensitive i take alot of things to heart, i

also have tendency not to say anything about how i am feeling, put the brave

face on so to speak and move on. i do not feel comfortable with things

being fancy, more of a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl. I am huge reader, have

book will travel, very happy just reading, especially books about fantasy

& romance. Husband says i have way too many books. yes i am into

divination, reiki, readings and tarot cards that sort of thing. For the most

part i love my family, however my father is the one that likes to push my

buttons, needless to say he and I do not get along very well. Yes he also

molested me as a child, i have been to counseling for it, it took me many

years to get past this, yes every so often it drags me down too. I start feel

a little depressed, i have alot of emotional scars i need to deal with,

basically just get over it, it is very hard though somedays. I am a huge pack

rat, i have lots of treasures, the bunny part, my mother was born in the

year of the rabbit according to the chinese calendar, and so for many years

she collected bunnies, but now she is starting to get rid of them. I love

going to flea markets to look for books and whatever other things that I collect

or my mother collects.

ok Merita King is next, the only person i

know called Margaret is my husband's supervisor, who has alot of personal i

ssues going on right now which is also affects the job she does, so most of

the time the rest of the crew has to pick up her job too. I was raised in

the church, and my mother every so often will say about how i need to come

back to church. Yes there are times I have trouble getting the right words

out so to speak, my brain has trouble getting them in the right order. Yes

i am very spiritual person, believe in the afterlife and all that it entail

s. I am not sure who the spirit is , other maybe there have been times

where i needed courage and he was there when i needed it. I also have been

getting up in front of people since I was 10 years old.

As for squeaky1961, you

were a little off base on me, i am married for five years now, no pets in the

home right now, we just lost our cat in April of this year, however i am

very shy until i get to know people, yes i am also very naive, wish certain

things could back the way they used to be, for the most part vvery happy,

i used to be very involved in the church.

On to peddiver, thank you for the complime, yes the picture was taken at a social event through work, yes very

happy love to laugh alot, i do not know anything about social work, other

than i clean for people.

pam82, yes my mother's family almost every sunday

ywe would sit down for Sunday dinner, iit was tradition when i was a child

, on the average 16 of us would sit down to a family meal. thank you for

as its the one thing i dwell on alot , all the way up to the age of 7, i could regulary chat with my spirit guides until one day while walking home from school with my best friend i was chating - like u do to my guide in my head when i replied verbally out loud and she question me when i told her what i was doing.

she looked confused and said i was weird and took the mickey outta me so i guess i found out that this was not 'normal' and after that incident i'd always push the voice away told it to leave and never talk to me again and it did!

i regret that day as i was scared when i found out my friend couldn't do this to.... fear came in to the equation about whom i was chatting to and i closed my self down its only now that im a adult i know nothing scary was intended it was more like having someone keeping me out of trouble there to chat.

the magical bit ... i'm constantly reasearching my family tree so far... my gg- grandad was a 7th son of a 7th son not sure what that is but have heard medium gordan smith going on about that's in his bloodline - means something ...it puzzles me, and i have found a witch on my fathers line a le-bretton lady burned in jersey channel islands the research is difficult as its spread out so wide irish- scotish-french-and channel islands.

i do have wholesome vaules my nan and grandad raised me and she was one of thirteen kids growing up in the 20's in glasgow scotland, where as my grandad was brought up in a orphange so yep strong moral conduct was instiled in me .

yes i do have to balance how much i say or how open i am with people about my beliefs as i have been ripped into in the past'd but i know i shouldn't have to prove what i have faith in my mums a born again christian and she's always bible bashing me ... why do i get victimised for my beliefs ?! lol.

to the point where i don't like hugs!! the only hugs i give are to my kids and hubby lol i guess its a aura thing i'm confortable with there energy but no one else's

Location 1:

This place was the worst haunting that we did in 2009. It was an infestationhaunting but not an evil one at all. Many things were going on there that spawned this multiple haunt. Merita covered one of the spirits here very well. Peddiver saw a female and there was one there also. She did not come with the house though, she came later to warn the family and visit a grand child. Pam while there were no little boy ghosts, there was all sorts of activity going on there. This place also had an elemental spirit that was angry over hunting for sport and the needless slaughter of animals for trophies at this location. This is another connection to why everyone sees a rifle or shotgun involved here. This case was called the Terrace haunting or the "IT" case and is in my case updates if you want to read the whole story. This case took 6 weeks to wrap up and offered over 250 EVPS. There were at least 8 or more spirits involved with this case and the haunting all began with the shooting of a certain ten point buck. I learned so much from this case.

Location number 2 the building :

Well Merita takes the prize on this one as she said that people came here to stay and learn something. She was so right on that. This was a school for autistic children in New Jersey. It is an amazing building and is bigger than it look in this picture. The inside is just gorgeous. IT has sort of a story book atmosphere in it's interior style of the rooms and such. It had one big room just full of toys and treasures where the kids could play in between classes. Great things were accomplished here. There is no haunting in this place, Verna it is "benign." Many kids have been helped here, but the school recently was not able to renew their lease and has to move to another location. Pam this placxe did have an add on, twice. I am sad that they lost their lease renewal and had to move as this was the perfect place for this very special school. The kids loved to come and stay here and learn and the teachers are exceptional.

Bonus round, yes the chicken:

I always throw in an animal just for fun and for a challenge. I picked this one because this chicken actually does have an interesting yet sad story. I got her one day out of the egg. Her name was featherfoot. She grew to be enormous. She was a bad ass and sued to chase the dogs and peck them. Evertything feared her, the dogs, and the other chickens. She was very territorial over the chickens area by the pond and the chicken house etc. She was a busybody and did keep an eye on what the other animals were doing, even the turtles. She was very tame and loved attention and lots of interaction. She weighed in at 11 pounds at adulthood. She was a Brahma hen with feathers growing over her feet, hence her name. She lived here for three years. In the winter I put the chickens into a chain linked pen overnight where there was a lot of tree cover and soft brush to nest in. I did this because I was worried abut them being out in the open by the pond, as predators come in the winter and the chicken house is vulnerable. My best efforts failed. One evening some predator came, and got in there. It killed two of the chickens and Featherfoot fought back. She was wounded so badly that she died later in the day. Only one chicken survived and we still have her. This was the toughest chicken around and she fought bravely against her attacker. Featherfoot is in spirit now. We miss her terribly. The best readings for this chicken were done by Merita and Peddiver.

Hello All...

You have all done remarkably well for what went on here since it happened so very long ago. I'll give you the date, detail what everyone said and how well they did, then reveal the house and how you can see it from as close as your computer - even the inside as it is now as well as archival photos of the house. The date that the incident happened at the little house was October 16th, 1931.

Ceridwen999 - Murder here = Yes! Older woman here = possibly as I'm sure that a lot went on in this house after the 1931 incident and none of that would be as notorious. You feel that somehow that archway is connected = good reception there as a man connected with what happened in 1931 parked his car there, probably so that he wouldn't be seen as well. Window on the left = Very possible that one of the murder victims died in the room behind that window instead of on the kitchen floor. Good for you!

Dina - Old man there/Hispanic = highly possible as there have been many people living in this house since the 1931 incident. Violent death = most definitely concerning the 1931 incident and possibly concerning others, but nothing as notorious. Good for you, too!

Merita - Church or cult here = again, possibly, as there have been so many different residents of this house over the past 80 years. Marilyn Monroe = good connection there, Merita, as this incident is just as shrouded in mystery and intrigue, along with a million questions and theories about what really happened. Shooting/a shot to the head = most excellent because shooting was involved in the 1931 incident along with a second gun that's never been found or even brought into as evidence, but that the medical examiner verified as having been used on one of the victims. Good work, Merita. Huggs to you!

Susan S. - Creative Spirit/Possibly writing or graphic artist - possibly someone who did or is residing there or is in spirit, but could also be the person who has documented the inside of the house and done some great research into the location. Marvelous! I think you're picking up on both the living along with past energies. Good for you!

Squeaky1961 - A hospice/retirement home = very possibly, again because there have been so many residents since 1931 along with this being an older part of town where it used to be nice to live and can be again. Great care about this building = I agree there that great care has been taken of this house, even with its notorious past. This building has had the strength to survive and that is a huge plus in this day and time. I love that you picked up such compassionate energies connected with this house because it probably could use it and probably deserves it now. Thank you and Good job!

Laurie - You win the prize (if I had one) for hitting on the most connected with the notoriety of the house, along with another where the bodies were taken to for 2 days. Big scandal = Oh, this is such a yes that people are still wondering 80 years later and have many opinions. Murder = you thought that they weren't done here, but they were and I do feel that you felt the energy shift because the bodies were moved, not once, but twice; but the murders were done here. Someone lived here who was involved = Definitely; she HAD lived here, moved out, and was visiting on the night of the murders (it's confusing, I know). Debauchery, infidelity, sexual depravity = Yes, Yes, Yes to all. What might have been considered behavior that is just run-of-the-mill today, was indeed over the top for women to do in 1931, but it would still be considered not good run-of-the-mill behavior if and when it happens today. Drugs = very possibly as all the women involved worked in the medical field. Alcohol = Oh, most definitely, even though this was the era of Prohibition (1920 - 1933). According to historians here, there was a Speak-Easy not a quarter of a mile from this little house that was literally underground. The city has paved it over and not allowed historians to get in there to document it though, which is highly unfortunate. Another house concerned with this = Yes, that's where the bodies were placed in more containers so that they could be shipped easier. Blood into ground with chunks out of the floor = You're picking up on the 2nd location; the house there was leveled but the foundation is now the floor of the morgue in the hospital that ate up that area; it's cement. Mental infirmness and one person took the fall = most definitely. Someone else was involved who never paid for his involvement and was never discovered = try two men. The first, Jack Halloran, never had to pay for his involvement. The second, a Dr. Brown, died the day before he was to come back to Phoenix to talk to attorneys about his involvement in the dismemberment; many feel he committed suicide.

This is the notorious scene of the Trunk Murders involving Mrs. Winnie Ruth Judd. The time was Phoenix, Arizona in the 1930's and was one of the most horrifying cases of its day. Ceridwen999 - You are correct as for the most important part of my life right now is a romantic relationship I am in however you were incorrect for the reason. I pray you are correct about me being happy in the future :)

Dina- You were incorrect about having a hard life although right now I am having a couple of struggles. Cigarettes are about the only chemical I allow right now. I had been known to "party" when I was younger but the hardest struggle then was getting up in the morning so I can give you a little leeway there :)

Pinellas-I do have a hubby and we do not have kids or intend to in the future. I am a free spirit. I can be very social but have never been popular. You were incorrect about me not having confidence in myself and my husband does laugh because we will marvel at something and I will say "I can do that!" lol. However you were correct about someone overshadowing me but he knows that I was key to making him and our business successful. And you are correct about the person with the big ego, he is my husband. Although he does try he has never been successful at making me feel inferior although he does takes credit for as well as forgets where he got "my" ideas.

You are correct about me making a decision right now and I have spent the last year researching and developing my next move. That was really good, thank you Pinella :)

Merita King- Very Good! Alice is my mother. I have played with Tarot Cards but haven't had a set in 12 years. The divination tool of choice is myself at this point. The name Mandy..at the time of the picture, I was referring to my step daughter Amanda as Mandy so it may be residual you are picking up :)

I am not in the public eye, but yes, I am used to being around people and talking about what I know although since the conception of Google has stopped the knocking and late night calls (hehe)

As for the woman spirit, only one comes to mind that I cooked with but it was not something that we did on a regular basis or often..just once or twice. About 8 months before she passed, we had conversations about two mutual interests and I have come a long way on both of them. You are correct about not being a saint and have been in hot water but never with the law. As for the song Maggie Mae, it was a favorite when it came out. Thank you Merita, I enjoyed that :)

Susan S- That was kind vague but I do have an issue right now that I don't have control over and the person in charge has been leading aimlessly. Perhaps that thumbprint is all over me?

Squeaky1961- You are correct about a lot of thinking going on right now...yes the things I am thinking about are very deep. I do want to make the right choices as there are several! I am not a libra but my sign does start with an L. I am a homebody..have been called a hermit actually. I am a wife and my kids consist of 6 dogs and a cat. I do enjoy being the center of our world. You are close about being active with religion, I am spiritual and working on connecting with my higher self. I am not involved with a church though. Thank you Squaky that was really good :)

As to Merita Yes Dave is a very down to earth person, his father we know follows him around in spirit. His skill, he is excellent with computers and a very steady hand, yes totally openminded but yes he is skeptical when it comes to people. Yes he is one that does not like Drama, but the drama in the past mentioned would be the passing of our daughter and the legal issues with it. As far as struggling with life it could be one of 2 things, he had 2 heart attacks in 98 and the recent event mentioned above. He is as happy and as free as he can be now.

As to Susan, it would be as mentioned above.

As to Squeaky, Dave use to play alot of sports, he is a fantasic drawer, yes he is a father to 5 and adores everyone of them, he is married and very observant and very laid back.

Last reveal: Kitty....This cat's name is "Sir" and he is a perfect gentleman. Sir came from the ASPCA and is a real Manx cat. He was a fat cat when we got him and stayed that way for two years but then slimmed down after i put him on some low cal food and natural food. He had a cat family, a wife and son and now an adopted son. He is fixed and is the nicest cat that I have ever known. Sir is 8 years old and has never scratched a human being no matter what they did to him. He never spits or hisses even at the other cats or the dogs. He is a loving soul. About a year ago Sir started losing weight and having diarhhea and throwing up. I took him to the vet and he was eventually dignosed with the deadly fatal feline FIP disease. The vet said they could make him comfortable with steroids but he would die and that he had about two weeks max to live. That was five months ago. I talked with a Native American friend who gave me an herbal remedy that worked on her cat for FIP, which has no current cure known the the medical/vetrinary communiity. I got all the stuff and made the remedy. He is still very thin but he is alove and eating and although he still has some bouts with the runs, he has stopped throwing up and is very active and seems to be in no pain. I don't know how long he has but he is doing better than I ever dreamed.People that picked up that this kitty was in spirit, well he almost was, so you may have not been so far off. He did come from the pound. He is a sweetheart, and he also is a pest who is quite vocal and bugs me for everything he wants all day long.

Mariah this fool cat will go out in the rain if I let him, so you are not far off. He hangs by the inside door waiting for a chance to get out because he is not allowed out.

Merita Sir has hip arthritis and bad breath due to his illness. He is always swatting at his face because he also has sinus trouble.LOL

Pam: He is aboy, did get a bad start and was rehomed. He has a great life with us and has for 8 years now.

Squeky: Sir spent a lot of time at the Vet as he is very sick. he is also the sweetest cat in the world.

The Latest supposed " Bigfoot" video

A new video has popped up on the net, that was made by a man named Larry Surface. I saw this video that was made with a night vision scope attached to the camera. In "my opinion", after reviewing the video, this is one of the saddest offerings, as far as supposed Bigfoot videos go. This video shows what is obvoiusly a man, not a Bigfoot. It shows a hirsute guy who is slightly balding and has a normal length neck that has normal, human mobility, as the person can turn their head. Bigfoot does not have a flexible, longer neck like human beings do, so this is the dead giveaway for me, that this is a "person" in this blurry, indistinct night scope video. A friend of mine proposed that perhaps Larry himself walked in front of the camera. I think this could be a possible explanation. Perhaps he did walk in front of it during set up and does not realize that he filmed himself? No matter what the case, this is just another sad example of false Bigfoot videos. I feel that when people keep doing this and putting up videos that are not genuine it really hurts the field of cryptozoology and discredits everyone. I would post a link to the video so you could see it for yourself, but it seems, that after many people challenged the video as a hoax, Larry took it down. He claims that he is going to enhance it and then repost it.

Now even though there are many, many hoax videos, and mistaken identity videos on line that are purported to be a Bigfoot, there are some that do have some degree of substance that is cause for further examination. The problem is that most of these videos are grainy, blurry, and just too indistinct to be able to ascertain what is being filmed. There ia a very clear video and also a very clear photo on the net, that I am convinced could be the real deal. Because both of these do list the location of where they were filmed I will not reveal my opinions on this for the sake of the Bigfoot. Both of these captures have already been discredited by the loudest voices in the Bigfoot hunters community.

What most folks do not know is that the majority of the people who hunt for Bigfoot have never actually ever seen one. Seeing one is usually one of their goals, and then of course photos, film and that "body" to bring back are the others. There are a few Bigfoot people out there, who did see one but not all who make the claim, actually have. With that in mind, we have to realize that most of the people that are reviewing these films, and discrediting them, have never seen anything to compare the film subject with.

Someone who has actually seen this creature up close and personal, not only knows the videos and photos that are fake, but also knows which of the Bigfoot hunters, who claim to have seen one, are on the level. The Bigfoot phenomenon and the search for Bigfoot has becme a craze, much like the ghost hunting craze. Many people have jumped on the band wagon with all kinds of commercial endeavors, and just about every Bigfoot hunter is writing a book about their experiences. In spite of all the hype and all the money spent on finding Bigfoot, he still remains as elusive as ever it seems, at least to the professionals out there, to science, and the media. In short "Bigfoot" is still making a monkey out of those supposed professionals, who go out to hunt him down and expose his presence to the world. Because of my deep respect and concern for this magnificent creature, I rejoice in Bigfoot's success at eluding his hunters.

ABOUT THE EVP LINK PROBLEM

We are aware that our evp links have had problems. This is due to Esnips storage site glitching out of control and changing their format, which cost us hundreds of dead links, some of which we may not be able to recover. At this point the site is so messed up that we can not even get into our site storage files at all, or even get into our account pages. We are gradually transferring what we can over to another storgae sute called 4shared. This will take a very long time because there are so many files to transfer. The pages affected by this are the latest case updates and the EVP page that used to keep all the evp album links from the last four years cataloged. The other evp pages here work as they are direct download to this server site. Many of the latest case updates links have been restored in 4shared and can be listned to again, but others are not replaced as of yet. We are working on it folks. Thanks for your patience.

Second: Please post only strange anomaly photos, we have more than enough orb pictures. If the orbs are in a cool and historic place that is fine as we like to see those places, like the photos from St. Augustine, sent in by History nut. Lone orbs in a picture are not what we are looking for, unless there is something really cool about that orb photo. Like the giant orb that someone sent in by the tree? Orb photos are not really worthy of consideration anymore. Orbs are great but they are old news and orb photos can be taken anywhere, anytime. We are limtied in space for photos so we want to keep the space for pictures that are paranormal but not just an orb.

PARANORMAL PICNIC

PPP is going to schedule a paranormal picnic for our site members and anyone else that wishes to attend. It will be at a park and we will give a little presentation with a question and answer session and then just socilaize and discuss whatever. If you are interested in the paranormal whether it be spirits, or BIgfoot or whatever then you can bring your questions and your stories and experiences to share with everyone. Everyone can bring their own lunch, and we will all have a lot of fun. I am hoping to get some of the members of the SPIRITS of St. Petersburg out for this too, so everyone can meet them also. I look foward to meeting some of my site members. As soon as we pick the date and the park we will send the informationwith the invitation out in the newsletter email that we send out regularly. ON BEHALF OF THE FLORIDA BIGFOOT:

We at PPP would like to ask everyone in Florida and in any state for that matter, to protect this creature. The way you can do this is:
If you sight one of these creatures please, do not report it to the police, or any other government agency. Please do not report it to any of the Bigfoot hunters out there or the organized Bigfoot trackers . Doing this brings the attention of the wrong people with the wrong agenda down on this poor, magnificent creature. Many people do not know this but when enough reports come in, the news travels fast to many sectors and then, the hunt is on for the poor creature, who is just trying to survive. Many Bigfoot organizations also will want to come out and run around and make the creature's life even harder than it is now. It is not worth getting five minutes of fame on a TV show to expose this creature to harm, harassment or maybe even being murdered by someone who just wants to capitalize on the whole thing.

With the new Tv shows like "Finding Bigfoot" out there now, people are being solicited to report their stories and lead groups like these right to this creature. The price that this creature may pay for your five minutes of fame will be horrible. At PPP we do study and monitor the movements of this creature in Florida. We do not divuldge it's location and we try to make sure that this creature stays safe from harm, while learning everything we can about it to pass on to those who are also out for it's best interest. We do answer BIgfoot reports and try to check out the situation to see why the creature may be coming out into reidential areas and do what we can to help diffuse the situation. We report information and findings here at this website but never anything that could bring the wrong people or any harm to these creatures.

The reason I am writing this is because of two recent developments.

First reason: this creature is now in a mess in one area because it has come into a residential area too often and people have paniced and made lots of calls to the authorities. The Bigfoot is not an aggressive ,intrusive or dangerous creature. If you see one,just go the other way, and you will be fine.

Second reason: I have been contacted by two different Bigfoot hunting organizations recently, that are wanting information and trying to get me to work with them, to aide in their pursuit of this creature. "THAT" will never happen. I have no desire to be on TV for such a shallow cause and no desire to be personally responsible for the detriment that these groups might bring to this creature's life, or it's family. PPP is not interested in bringing proof to the world about this creature's existence, just about protecting and communicating if possible with these creatures. Getting to see this creature even for an instant is a rare gift, so remember that and do not exploit it out of fear or desire for notoriety please.

In the not so distant future you will be hearing media release about findings concerning this creature from some folks in this field who have real evidence. At what cost did they get it? Well that is perhaps not the nicest story. If this supposed evidence sees the light of day it may start a real bad turn of events for this creature unless the government takes real steps to protact the BIgfoot. Washington has done this already and other states need to follow suit. Remember there are already laws in place to protect any endangered species in FLORIDA. If anything is to be considered endangered it is this creature. So let's give him a break and allow him to live in peace. This creature lives in the most harsh environments, the places that humans have rejected as comfortable and suitable, such as the high ,cold mountains, the dank ,humid swamps and the quickly vanishing forested areas. The Bigfoot has a pretty rough way to go already. There are little places left for it to live and thrive. This is why sightings are becoming more frequent, as the creatures venture out into our space to seek food and water. It means people no harm.

If you want to share your BIgfoot sighting or story, share it with your family or even with us, but never post an exact location in the forum or blog. Call us on the phone and keep this information unavailable to the public, because there are many people out there just waiting to go and find a BIgfoot and hunt him down for fame and fortune. Any post that goes up at the forums or blogs that states an exact location for a sighting of this creature will be deleted. I deleted one late last night, from the forrum, for this reason and this is why I am making this statement, just so everyone knows.

New mystery animal photo

Okay folks our stealth camera got this photo of a large brown animal ,half in and half out of the underbrush and vines. It's face is in the lower left, visable through and under the brush, and there is either a tail or a blurred butt, partially concealed by the bushes. The animal has a bear like face and head, but there are no bears in this part of Florida and have not been for over 55 years. It could be a very big dog, a weird brown pig, or something else. Whatever it is, it is very big because the bush segment it is in is about four and a half feet high. What do you think it is and why? I thought it was an interesting wildlife photo, so I am sharing it here for everyone to give their opinion. Here is this photo cropped and enlarged, then the photo normal view and the next frame, taken a minute after and the creature is gone from view. The strange thing is that the camera anlge has changed as if something moved it, ever so slightly. This I know because the silver camper on the right is visible in one frame and not in the next? THE UNRESOLVED

I have been wanting to write this blog for a long time but have just been too busy. This blog is about the "unresolved" cases. The cases that we can not resolve, and the hauntings that we can not stop. I wish I could tell my cleints and the world at large that all hauntings can be stopped or resolved or cleansed away, but that is simply not the case. In my work with hostile haunts and other types of hauntings, I have seen a few that can not and will not be resolved because they have specific circumstances that just do not allow for an ourtsider, or sometimes anyone to interfere or affect the situation. These unresolvable cases come in all forms. I wish to talk about some of these cases and why they are next to impossible to resolve.I also would like to have anyone's comments on this topic or their stories of such cases, that they have seen. These are common kinds of hauntings that I have seen that are almost impossible to resolve.

1 The Karmic haunt:

The first kind of case that I have dealt with many times that we could not resolve is a karmic haunt. A Karmic haunt is a haunting that has come about because of something that the client did to encite the wrath of the spirit. Karmic hauntings are something that we usually step away from, as we know that the only chance of them being resolved is if the client makes some sort of restitution, in some way for whatever they did to bring the haunting about. People sometimes think that prayers can resolve everything and that their efforst are not or should not be warranted to stop the spirit from tormenting them. I have had clients that did not want to hear that some action on their part was required to stop the haunting. Other clients were willing to admit to their fault in the matter and willing to try and do what was necessary to resolve the issue.Sometimes under some circumstances that can be possible, but other times it is not possible, as they can not do whatever the spirit demands, in order for them to fogive and forget. Murder victims, and others whose death was the result of another's actions in anyway, sometimes just will not be stopped in their campaign for revenge. No amount of prayers seem to help and all negotiations with the spirit seem to hit a brick wall. Karma comes in many forms and apirits do participate in it, sometimes bringing it first hand to the door of those who wronged them or their loved ones, for that matter.

2 The Black sheep saympathy haunt:

The second kind of haunting which sometimes can not be resolved is the one where the client has a bond to the spirit, which does not allow for them to dismiss the spirit from their home and their life. We have all lost loved ones and we miss them, we pine for them, and sometimes we bring them to us. Depending on the spirit's emotional stability and their acceptance of their death, this can have some veyr bad results. I have seen many cases which I will call "black sheep" syndrome. For example, if you have someone in your life, whether a relative, a lover, friend etc, who is a negative, aggressive and troublesome fixture in your life, yet who you still hold a soft spot for, in your heart, for whatever reason, then you keep them around and you suffer at their hands. This is something many people do all the time. It could be because of co-dependency, fear, apathy, or because they were yoru blood and you can never turn away from your blood even if they are ruining your life, Sometimes, even after they die, you don't push them out of your heart. Since they probably have not changed just because they may have passed from this life, if they were a bad person, then they may come back to cause pain to others. They may be very angry or resentful of being dead, even if their death was caused by their own recklessness or disregard for life. So they may return as jealous, bitter, spirits to punish those who are still alive or even attach to them, in order to try and experience the things they can no longer partake in, in this world. If you hold onto the sympathy, the sentiment, or that little soft spot for them because they may have had one good trait or whatever, then you give them a continual conduit to you. Then you will never be rid of them because some part of you still accepts them conciously or unconciously. On this side of the veil and the other, "tough love" only goes so far and if it does not work then you have to sever any warm feelings for that person or let them take you down with them. This kind of case can never be resolved until the living person changes their mind about the dead person and pushes them out of their heart, their home and their life. I once had a case where I told a spirit that the familyt did not want them there and the spirit replied via EVP saying "That's what you think!" If anyone in the home is accepting of the spirit, ten the spirit can remain there.

3 The family intervention haunt:

The third kind of case that usually can not be reolved is what I call the "family intervention" case. This happens when a deceased loved on decides to come back to try and guide or chastise,another living loved one, who the spirit feels is headed down the wrong road. I see this all the time. If the spirit is justified and the living loved one is doing something really detrimental to themselves or others than the spirit that is doing the haunting is actually out for the loved ones best interest and therefore can not be driven away by any traditional means of house cleansing. If a living person, let's say, is doing something self destructive, morally wrong, or even criminal, to the point where they are jeopardizing their lives and those of their other family members, and the spirit of that person's Grandma, {for instance}comes back to raise hell, then that is a fmaily intervention. This kind of case has to run it's course to it's conslusion and neither God or the haunts resolutionist is going to stop it.

4 The grief bond haunt:

The fourth kind of case that I see often is the "grief bond." This is a haunting that begins shortly after a death of a loved one, where both the deceased and the living person left behind, just can not let go of eachother. One is grieving for the prson who passed away and the dead person is grieveing not only over their own death, but the pain of the loved one left behind. This happens when the living person left behind does not want to accept that the person is gone from this world and the deceased loved one does not want to leave this world, or this life.If contact is made and kept up by both parties, through evp, psychic communication, etc. then it keep the deceased person in a confused state of limbo where they are still apart of this world, and not ready to embrace the next one. This is a bad situation because both parties stagate and neither lives the life they have now, [one here and one on the other side], to their full potential. There is a lot of truth in the old saying that "if you love someone truly, then you have to love them enough to let them go."

5 The Doomed Location haunt:

This kind of haunting happens because the location is just a permanent energy portal of some kind, that is a permanent part of the astral or etheric terrain, that will not be changed, moved or affected by the living on this earth. Bascially this means that there are some places where we are not meant to be living, because they serve as a thoroughfare for other entities, or a portal of some kind between the worlds, where things come and go on a continous basis. For example, let's say that your or someone else built your house on land that was once a cemetery, a burial ground, or a power center of some kind, that serves to be a transition point or a travel pathway for spirits of all kinds. Or perhaps a very tragic and monumental event took place there like a disaster or a battle in which many people died and had much emotion and or angst before they died there. Portal exist wherever there was a need for a tranistion door, due to a massive amount of death in that location. There are also other types of areas that are conducive to paranormal activity because they contain several features, which feed energy of all kinds into that location. For example: I kow of a very haunted area in a small town. This area has an interface, a power plant, Native American land and burial grounds, two other graveyards, and ley lines running right underneath it. Talk about a power center? Trying to live in a home in an area like any of these is like trying to live in the middle of the airport. You are going to have much people traffic there all the time. Dead people can be just as disruptive to your daily life as living people, so you may have no choice but to move if you ever want to have peace.

When it comes to resolving any haunting, the first and most important responsibility lies with the person being haunted. In order for any haunts resolutionist team to help, the cleint has to be honest and upfront with the team, about what they feel may be going on and why. A haunts specialist can't just come in and solve your problem and chase off your spirit, if there is some underlying circumstance that you fail to mention, out of fear, guilt, or you're considering it too personal, to relay some type of information. While most hauntings are benign and many may be totally unrelated to the cleint at all, "some" hauntings are the direct result of the client's actions in one way or another. This can happen even without the client being aware of it right away. It may be something that happened ages ago that you forgot? You should always voice any thoughts or ideas you have have about who or what might be present in your home and why. Maybe the thing you thought had nothing to do with it, is exactly the thing you overlooked? If you are experiencing what you think could be a karmic, haunt or some other kind ofhaunt that directly involves you then it is in your best interest to level with the person who you call in to help, and also to listen to their advice, once the identity of the spirit and their agenda has been verifed. Total honesty and total co-operation are essential elements to resolving the haunting together. Also remember that in the course of trying to resolve a haunting the spirit may divulge some things that you failed to mention to your haunts resolutionist. Better they know all the facts and possibilities to the best of your knowledge, if you think you know who or what may be haunting and why, directly from you. This way, everyone is on the same page and better prepared to deal with whatever comes out or arises during the course of the investigation and attempted cleansing of the case.
